I can definetly give it a look. I might use ECS Fargate for that. The process will not be that different since I dockerized the MLFlow application.

The process would be to deploy the Mlflow docker image into Fargate. I did something similar with Airflow, you can read more about it in here: https://medium.com/towards-data-science/building-an-etl-pipeline-with-airflow-and-ecs-4f68b7aa3b5b
